Welcome to the startup grind community presents named 85 countries brings together all 400,000 intrapreneurs it’s a Silicon Valley program but we are very proud of to be like physically the chopped it off and the idea behind it is missing data to really inspire educate and connect entrepreneurs from all parts of the world it’s a monthly series of events burger that we have from all past the world every single month and that’s one of the reasons why we’re building it today as well so today the men girls of the and spud Amon has been really running this remember last year and with various successful establishment to the nos from the GCC from Saturday from behave from URI and tonight with product yes and well be thinking on who could be the right person to over the sea we thought who is someone who really embodies passion at the same time it’s really persistence has got that tenacity and as I would like to say really owns her space and it didn’t really take long to think about our guest of tonight and we’re really excited to welcome you tonight but before introducing her like to dis mention that today’s event can only happen thanks to the collaboration with sassy Kavita who are hosting us tonight so thank you very much last and inside of that with God the future collaboration are for my heir who stepped up just recently to become our official carrier of the program so thank you for my doctor so our guest tonight is really an incredible entrepreneur who I believe will inspire you or perhaps figure some for you to see what’s possible as well and without further to do you like to welcome what I love it is the CEO the founder and face lion killed Prince here and design agency and also they’re also winner of containment reproduction of war 2015 so the rest early medics her to speak that won’t flow it’s very simple so we do a live fireside chat interview with a guest speaker and then opening for Q&A so simple as that so whatever you want to know and I haven’t touched upon that is good three to shoot once I open and my first question the one that we usually like basketball or I guess but pretty simple it’s use before about yourself background first of all thank you guys for having me here on okay so can i speak of it our business run so eating one of the sentences for feel free to ask me questions to us for going on and I just want you guys to learn as much as so point any entrepreneur just turned 30 and my story starts in about six years ago when by the greens infatuated when I growing up I never felt tonight of mania why I should the work residents now seem curfew seam allowance save everything but I never felt and then there was difference between me and them growing up as what is chaos Malone I always stopped breaking the boundaries of showing that girl and after that what you want to graduate or what do you really want to send your and I remember my father saying you know that can get a job – security no position somewhere start from the ground up and grow your dhoti can us actually I really on the other end I had my mother lose these also my father my mom’s just to me growing up or take risk let’s fail together let’s try different things about me without yeah so my mother I think definitely shaped my personality I always thought I could speak to her whenever I was stuck with it there were some key things that she did with me growing up that I think maybe it was my personality I think especially in our country the girl never supported McGarrett girl people speak I always talk to them you know the last question I was encouraged to make mistakes and trying to put myself out there I never got yelled at for seeing with some ridiculous things it’s awesome like why is she wearing you in this job why does she wear it always to be very loud I never got yelled for that very kind of not really having discussion so growing up I always felt I had a voice I had what I my questions my body because I’m so growing up I think I was really confident that really helped me start my pants and she came tonight so don’t worry my hobbies an entrepreneur I think everybody some members of my fine and how entrepreneur of spirits which is they’re creative attacks himself but not necessarily do they have a background and I think that’s a you don’t see any entrepreneurs around you you don’t know how it works you know you see everybody working 9:00 to 5:00 or you know for me I remember when I was 17 years old I was really curious about fashion marketing so I went to a friend’s mother and she had my you know four or five boutiques of money can you teach me about fashion marketing until I was 17 why has too many questions you know and this was my first kind of obstacle where some and we still get that today that we can we you know say for sure I do you know keep things to yourself you know and and we miss out on this sharing transferring is knowledge because we’re always keeping things with our gated feel some days are mostly like left where they need us I mean it’s it’s a combination I think it’s definitely my mother’s influences that she really growing up I remember once I never this experience she came back from work and she got her bird and she was so upset so she said work so no one can reject her leave your honor with you and I was like oh and that’s it I think for me it was never gonna get a job at work I always I said not to ask for leave now because I even 3d kind of whereas we’re about 50 people that must accept realized laughing of the more like 85 it’s nominal work for you Amanda so when I was in London so my dad’s been making me work since I was 14 he was you’re a pendant last I would be you know and which was great because I remember my first job I work from the newspaper and I hate since I quit up in the first week remember you did sir part of the fun of about spoilin today Joe in the commit to it to their jobs and their fathers Monica Jones apart like how dare you say these things I but I always worked at a very young age and when I was 18 my father said okay we got to behind so you get some experience and I said bill I’m going to find a job and you laughs at me Larry I said you know just who waits and I think that was my relationship with my father it could have gone the other way but I was really suffering they made me really kind of almost show me I’m gonna prove to you I’m gonna get it and I printed out that printed a thousand CDs and I emailed them to everyone so I emailed the time I posted it and I learned how to do that a vendor and modified everything I don’t get any responses so I as an obstacle and I picked up the first one either I checked my distance company called Pfizer who’s she’s a fashion designer and she publishes that they know and I said I’m making for job I sent you a CBI Paris Washington come tomorrow for an interview oh my god I need to I still use that to me if I will be getting be gone I don’t send him a lot and I try to connect something but license was my first job I remember doing it well down 100 designer she was a wonderful designer and and she that you know I’m going to teach you everything and I said we went to where about the nasubi right I was worried about you know she hires me I went Steve and she thought so she said why I enjoy or it’s fine give me your energy give me ur and then read it from me it’s it’s mine and the first person I’ve met a woman without who she was and to me it’s ripping others at that point everyone in behaved convenes oh he’s not gonna work don’t want watching you behind you know everyone complains so this was my first time seeing and it was her husband about the people were travelling and working and creating and they were happy and I said okey so once I was aware that this was a see I said you know I could be an entrepreneur I know what I do I also get paid for it was really the exposure just exactly I don’t know Liza opened her life to me she taught me everything and I saw you know should work with about 10 I learned every time and I worked there all summer and then I worked with there every weekend for the next two years but Isaac loved me everything I need to know about I was 18 years old 20 but I mean I’m talking like I’m on the floors you know I like it was known yeah if you want to get ahead to get some work or get some work experience want me to show you where this is wrong or this is beneath you I picked up the coffee I walked her dog had to be treated on the streets I did all those things they asked me to drop things pick up things but I didn’t because I wanted to and now even coming back to my name sometimes I have insurance and we’re like we don’t have a reception to select page if we need to I get the water and where you do it they’re not we’re going to get coffee hope you learn by kind of managing all aspects of it is speaking about learning I would like to do stuff you started and was that your parent sort of push without a traumatic experience of life yeah I think anything that change you know how are you so it’s a great question so I think the college of pregnancy well that was kind of expected that everybody was going to travel abroad to Sydney and I think my friends are very supportive their biggest investment my mom really likes me she said design I don’t know why things in church I think my thickens because at the time everybody was reading terms and fashion was like would be a theater a kind of question and old hardest that he’s going that your design was the only kind of pathway that I felt was for me at the time and I got lots of supports and even after I graduate if you cannot yes I’m talking I was in design so I still had that struggle with him that my images were really tough my teachers were architects they made us cry every third stop on the wall like I usually just be devastated but I really toughened me up and I remember one of my teachers said you know you’re not the winner your playground and I really stuck with me and I take that with me ever right from London to behave as I see I made by hang my finger out that made it my job to find out what every available resource was there for me that and I still tried that too deep so my childhood my husband’s after working or not so McGill you know we need to use all these places and I make sure to know what’s going on in the city that you know that guy I detected a ballroom dancing I did art assassins I was different twice out to my course learned about guys as well as my work if every member walty so well fine I have known each other for mouth and last time I’m it’s not that you spoke about passion and suction that is not eco-friendly a thousand ten right so remember so you started let’s go mr. business or as so I work precise it was for a few years I then that’s fair because I got a job do you speak Chinese I don’t speak Chinese but both the trainer was based in the UK so I work with other shape I really set it up with how the editor mercury same things and creative director what I did was I worked with number one it was and I had the worst boss ever like she was insane yeah I need the lights working on the hours she was very tough on me and I just remember saying you know what that’s it I’m gonna I’m gonna quit but I was working with her on her magazine cause she didn’t okay and I had I said oh you should get this on Twitter and you know one ministrations one we contact this company she just said no no no know what and I took about three months to figure out what I wanted to do came about which was a magazine edition publication I love see artists work and produce work so what I turned my apartment announcing that law that it’s different refrigeration house and so dramatic but my apartment became in terms we were when the kitchen bathroom everybody was working and we find tell me that I wasn’t worried about money it’s was profitability in the beginning but sketchbook was an idea think about how to make money off that no this is everyone achieve other the one who will come later but I did it this you know Kamin life as well but I really must manage my funds I know I hate it I mean every time I made some I’m like whoa let’s take that turns out for dinner you know or overnight you know I pay my rent or I wait to be traveled a little bit or I would you know maybe play some continue so where so I miss mine and I think that huge train sketchbook wasn’t very comfortable but we were all from so I mean everybody here knows along her streets because we’re making news right Oscar’s rates the different in the UK every area had a PR company managing them so I got a call from you guys said he’ll be creates an event for us pop-up shop and the idea behind it was bucket journey back in the day young designers because have shop spaces but now with disorders and the action ends young designers can’t afford the rent anymore we’re a tenant important designers entrepreneurs whatever just to create one two three it’s online and they said you don’t think of something so I created an educational program we do it shows we had a shop space and it was all different once I was eating it by that but we’ve lost about 10,000 people in and the idea is because okay man they would call me with shock I was you know why don’t you stick around we have a project one so that was my first check you know I think they gave me beginning my first check and I said I don’t want to councils and that was the first time that I got a clean project and okay why don’t I cream fun like a quick your company in London we are through it but we talk but I wouldn’t change it what made lucky weather ever there is it so for some reason I need you woman from Quetta but love heard about us would fly to London to meet us have been saved grandpa can you help us create a brand or website or we have specs what can you do the same thing for us Oh and what happened was as a client and I was going back and forth but also I cigar buy that’s when everybody I find out people hole it’s so tough to pay their old aggressively people here and I think you know they just throw the crown that they want would agree so I just miss stuff I missed it having selfie over text area now for example like are ya I’m right about that and I just like to come home in pretty my spells want to see and I still feel to say that there’s more to not here or for vocals to engage my other values that I’m from and how are those the first thing that biggest shock was the timing so I’m from like going from London where your teacher would kick you out if you’re one minute maybe tonight 25 minutes me where’s everyone that could you know the timing was a big shock for me just the piece is what’s know where I’ll see where and I’m I said want everything fast I get very frustrated but my biggest joke was I couldn’t understand why I needed to get an office I thought the tunnels on one here ends and Angel City in pain I can come home but so the turn I wanted to open the back to get registration for the you have 25,000 Benini dinars and five beheading partners and I thought was the most ridiculous thing those papers of the minions and I just I was so upset I went and I visited all the editors they all found these ways tonight in Cyprus or where they had pasta or something and I am NOT going to the Minister of Industry and Commerce at the time my back to the minister and I said isn’t this is a well get the exempt from this I’ll open a magazine here at Batman and I’ll have this money was crazy I’m planning to work twenty three of economics and they were gonna hold by perceptive exhaustion in case I go bankrupt so we were even better on a feeling borrow way to give it back and I remember him saying he was an ugly guy and he was very very supportive of my career because I didn’t tell me but he said you know my dear I’m not that all being heard I simply so I cried I cried in front of them that the tissue boxes so far – so awkward you have to go get that tissue box I love me out there like the markets I’m also frustrated because I was trying to honestly just for the business to create content as and then to open a PR company or communication onion 3,000 you know the trends so other porn they give me example the city to study I like everything in this rule that and after that he keeps all my fantasies so I reviewed for like three four years after huh but how I bought example the 3000 is again going back to London I found the or nos and I found out that if I attended that counselor three weeks I get a letter that got me exempt from off the Turnpike so I did that course for three weeks White’s 278 whites at 9 p.m. every day was for three weeks I don’t complain about the center and they said okay if they gave you my registration but even before that I didn’t have an office space bread’s was crazy and I remember kind of for all the space I know anyway what money budget dispensed I don’t have any cash to spend which force me to be very creative but somebody messaged me and said this that there’s a business center this so famous behavior that I went up and my end game was how am I gonna get off this rent for free that was I’m one of elevator that was my dinner I walked in and I saw there I think this not my main financial ha Koni yes and it has another breath and it’s all that kind of do anything brother I tried like oh Christ with somebody in charge the sky comes up jeans and like t-shirt like her the air and I find it as I said and and let me sit mighty right on the door worst first impression effort but I found it was an interior designer and we kind of connected and like old meeting was how am I gonna get those guys that Viking me enough to want to cut the ohms I have you begin you toward it would be all the box and preparations the Marietta said okay how much is the rent here and he said you can’t afford it I’ll be very honest with you you’re adorable that I told for the rent that I said because if you’re trying to acquire but I said you know I really think need people like you or establish business to degree startup and I said you know maybe three days I’ll come back I but I thought about offering in the circus extreme so I went back and I said and extreme amount of the rent I’ll offer you my trousers and it was really hard to convince and the last meeting I crossed my brothers if you present this is my meeting in the part ready to get started if you do it he gave me the keys and he said you know fine he gave me this you know amazing space as well and everybody wants a Bible that God it’s all about being creative it’s about problem-solving and that is not having that address really Cardinal and many gods or this I think that really helped me get my first exercise but see his heir he was the owner used to get a key everyone know you are the men sir there was a lot of bees that you kind of you know that I never saw but everybody else did futurology was actually being very supportive and trying to species you get more you pay the mortgage so I treated so I think he was definitely wonderful change the course of my career just by offering me so open till now I mean we’re about five years old soon our team will see women and Gavin what’s that worth and we have about 36 his father the word American things are kind of not start a phase where I think I’ll act I like dessert let me go silence yes you don’t spend money on us yeah something right sorry that’s for that yeah so it took me so long to like create a while Jonnie as they succeeded oh yeah that was every dinars I got think it took me so long to build that I didn’t pay myself or three years this is crazy you should pay yourself I did reinvesting back I have this line I defended by big company that offers different things I never thought of myself as I can but although I’m not growing so I’m always inspired by a world I’d have seen good the content of si I’m obsessed with group and I always as soon as we you know what and everything we just we get work done or there’s all time about a year and a half ago I think we got some placement it’s fun very small about one very small market I think after a while and it gets very competitive this month so it’s a trap time you need to stop about what you’re offering we start we don’t retire and it’s managers influence but all developers and we kind of caught on to that before the and it really kind of needs so they’re an extension of Hawaiians but then about a year and a half ago myself of my designer we were like what can we do for us on that second to support ourselves and you were thinking about designing our own kind of range of something and I remember I’d have a pair Nasri about the walking is etc to again nitrates it was like the big night war but everybody like that’s touching or see you when you get that problem so when I broke it I want a lot of clean seemed to find a store that’s selling hi we’re in the region there were Browns in Australia in the US and the UK or in Europe as well that I just could find one that was B so we have a few manufacturers because two frames and be ordered about our per second order that is not an event most important thing and then we start getting all night orders for sergeant Juan Ignacio store so and year and a half now we’re about 50 locations so we’re yeah you know in the region Barba’s only and now we don’t learn to put in watches as well so that was like our thing that we did something that kefir and to the guidelines so relevant really took off then we launched another brand called stickers speak Arabic is sugar as we take sort of we take that out of any cooperative Hopkinson it so this oscillating with these English friends yeah but that you can choose a huge prodigies everywhere so we like that is pretty digital threatens but more what you think I need you to take that ego but we need a carrier bran some carry pieces so Vidia funhouse mom was barely drug but also but yeah I mean I enjoy pretend like I’m enjoying the quiet side because good service like if I get a big science I go it seems more time that getting checks within a month I was here but you know I was sleeping we sold at four castle so I’m enjoying the retail aspect I mean it’s kind of working right now of yeah how fast ability so the head entrepreneurship awards is really the oscars for entrepreneurs I’m not drawing most amazing data like big golden statue all the ministery that’s or they it’s really view that they can pick up in a buggy arimin gets dressed up it’s not Junko so the first one that we didn’t behave I applied for and really I was up against three of the most amazing wonders of my hand I read and so it was just like such a wonderful evening and then they call your name and it’s as an entrepreneur I think especially those years where if I to get paid and we’re horrible or I couldn’t get my registration and crying with the ministers when somebody just says well done like somebody just comes up fixes great job you know it just it’s the fuel that keeps you going that’s why whenever I get anybody used to be anything big job ID actors in it that’s how the wine there’s to agree to boiling this is why you’re so great you know and you should keep this up and with us this was I used wise women career says for the first time we’re getting recognized upon we’re doing the job role models for other startups and I think we want as well cuz we out of all other companies we spent it on Hortensius are so every year we pick a project and you be invested we’re helping an organization and that’s your specific his first design works so it’s a space designed by before news but the award came with an amazing bronzer 100,000 feet worth of services help us grow our breath regionally we’re able tiredness with us let’s find the best investors in the next five years worse yeah you’re the last one of mine it’s went by like so fast everybody called me you know I’ve already had dinner and they were redeeming I was like so high and burning a branding agency one would perhaps challenge saying something so what would be your advice and how have you shown that you professor reading tough I think when I went to the UK on the British Council trip I you know I the University of the Arts London sorry University of the and I’ve ever said you know I know how communication and he said probably on the front ok it’s like what else you need a lot of people who cut the barrier to entry to open every table is very competitive I think what makes us kind of make sure that we have our we align their kids me I generally care about my clients and you don’t care about your clients there for the we kind of know we’re good at some claiming to be good at everything you are the culture we’ll come to us from they want a teach that speaks to you so I really claimed that and all my case studies effect so I mean figure out what your beauty cut outs and meeting averaging works for you there is no kind of hard work is still like so hard I thought season go home and let know but harder than your competitors whereas a great part of working age we certainly yes sir how do you there’s culture movies so for me like again I’m just going back to when I was young I family-owned businesses for us as well like luminizing my clients are really casual with the press with you I share with my newspaper on TV that God no problem I want to be that role model for that girl with the 70 you find anybody so I think we ordered so where did our whole marketing we’ve let Y it down a little bit I have not sold so I think you that your bra team and I think so we have all data see we run the greatest things about you when your firm and your team really work because very positive very normal the warehouse tortoise we call me the why their first names which is I didn’t see fun or whatever their name is so easy from day one we just kind of very close family or garbage so yeah by its bold and if he had very much yeah the intrapreneurial amongst articles and I think driving home on Thursday nights my person article goes – because and the article was and one point that are really really like and I’m going to be she takes up challenges for breakfast every year she challenges herself and doing some let them sink in she’s straining for the first night and I know she’s going to conquer that like a boss that she is however I wanted it what’s your app please kitchen like a 70 points week we listen about a successful in the area thoria in a working hard yeah but I believe it takes more than just the city and larger so what is your daily routine so I might have to credit my mom again because when I was 13 again when everybody was out having fun that weekend my mother taught me at my brother’s seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen cookie and the first commandment and that’s so like making sure that your use of every hour of your day and I reading stayed with me in every hour I half of the day.
I can sit down I know everyone’s a local time so much time on you everything go to work go to gym you can go see your friends there’s so much time you know and for me and that’s how I kind of taught them ideas right now I mean when I turned 30 I said you know if you want to do something exciting for myself a new challenge it’s also lacking the business in your mind it’s a bit no news on you’re thinking about your business even your team together so I I was a well the right stomping that were wild because was very positive find this no additions to support that kind of matched my I started running and I got a bit bored so I saw a documentary on on iron month which is a triathlon so for anybody flop in the year the iron on psycho and running sports for about one followed by a 90 kilometer so I got me on the word and I sort of training it’s things I’ve ever done I highly recommend everybody trying it’s a huge commitment you’re putting it once two hours a day but as so for me and I would give a five and so it could be who does that it’s shocking or whatever the raids so in competitions in my schedule allies are making of water a year and it’s really pushing your body and it really kind of it’s all kind of interconnected I feel like I’m pushing my mind they have never been healthier my normal day is you know so finances examined I wouldn’t work that kind of book when there’s internal sessions quite on the weekend is the best that’s where it because that’s a weekend so we do BOTS 60 but yridians amazing kind of being outdoors even as he’s back are the more like ideas and it’s all about disciplining getting up it’s an exciting journey and it really suits the assignment as and you can do it anywhere that wherever you travel you can do traitors since we tackle so many things really rather be the low was when I couldn’t get my Christmas tree why wasn’t helping eat y-you know I was trying to you know do something for my country in there it was tough later on I think that was interesting in disguise it would have been a very small market I would say getting getting an office space it’s very stressful I would say another kind of big project I try to understand he would tell me about five years to kind of get culture designers for me some and then I guess for a while and nobody just about two years ago right it wasn’t called now there Prentiss three two reported stolen jealousy like for the hi but I mean when we got magenta from more tourism that have the right kind of okay your parents no no doesn’t like don’t listen to negative people that my father was and I love him to death but he was really tough on me and I think my dad they were very different in that way but I think I get to talk about my father and when I talk about this it’s nothing you know they’re into kind of my I knew what was going to be person if I have the chance I he was so negative document were talked about every time we brought it up I cannot believe not because I didn’t not because I didn’t power to be rude and sometimes like I need that say my prayers are not supported we think I’m not gonna make it work before me to get a job that I have a 12 it’s tough to say it’s tough to stand up to parents but I think do it now and the major on the only private unit would buy some identity years ago after all his friends called very well you know he came inside you know well done and I think he said I’m so proud of you that was like that was a beautiful trophy that really you know means working about Caprio ten years so I think I think you’re into buck out the negative noise whether it’s from your parents or from your friends buying things I’d like to sacrifices no rights at all do what works for you all that usually we want to path might try to figure out and I think everybody is responsible to be good role models like we we’re gonna help other people when I share what we’re doing or seeing or meeting amazing people when I’m sharing and Bob so I tried to be by stuff but I’m very open about my life my relationship my talk about where if I talk about my failures be open advice we have the sentence you no salary they don’t know where their next paycheck and so much more work you it’s tough to make that sacrifice but I think I don’t know one cowboy this do what you know it feels like work because it doesn’t must embody what we know you’re working yourself up you’re achieving stronger bigger goals of me and you’re taking control so I think that’s a minute I think well you know what you’re doing when you figured it out a bite of that changes that I used to know the boxing and I’m going to read every few years I’ve changed the sponsor if you create strong company instructor you can do things that we want humming interference completely – they actually have but my suggestion what you’re a business owner you know what to do I never I would up sitting with the designers in Canada but because I want to I had to remove my son degrees but Duncan Lundy was an to change the people in with almost begging them tonight because I care about the company more than myself it’s almost like insurance going up you’re like I don’t want to do it because I care about so I’ve been eatin that’s my theory about your job do what you have to do if you fail it’s fine you can start again it’s all like here because what I love to do and stop the meeting there’s no marking for you to hear because they’re not many proper youtubers yeah we see about this it’s very challenging yeah because I feel like I’m scared to fight with my job and we have a source of income yeah and at the same time I really need like I wanted to be a good idea but I won’t have tea out of it and at the same time I already like established connections with YouTube office and they’re very supportive and they have like the YouTube space and all that stuff but here in a month we still don’t have such space and without that kind of support so it’s kind of scary if I do my job I don’t really have a source of income and I don’t think like tonight I eat only recently reached a thousand subscribers and I don’t feel like companies are up to like as in me because I said don’t get ya as much views as like other big youtubers around region yeah I mean look the hardest three or four Carnaby Street 9 maybe the first question and out of transition check out the right time for them so do what feels right for you don’t think of the markings not ready I don’t think that’s a you can create the demand be the first University so I think there’s on potential that my memories TV but I’ll be interview it depends we have clients that not fantasy there is a disruption all my clients are so busy they don’t Department us and everything I don’t care feature targets include supposedly that maybe some companies every daily calls every day where that is worth updates and you know they are actively involved work almost with them it’s they’re all different so I think you the ones that interview him you need to gain their atrocities as a strong relationship with because trust but they understood it it’s classic recipes because so it’s all the tribes of three busy and you’re always with all the gossip quite a bit result but the kind we pick into the bottles we fight for I work in the digital agents now I know about the people brinstar fair so my question is how do motivator people to something else and to work a lot of hours and how do you do it I have a theme and I also had to do a 20 on yeah what do you do it okay so I had very different management styles are used to be very tough with my first few years and an article I expected them to be be honest maybe I’m planning to find out that one of these and I thought why are they working to club since ma a.m. like me you know I’m pinger sundries we should but that’s not they were not to be with nothing so I am had to be torn down my approach with either to give them this as long as they each in brackets the but to be a lot so that means go but I have a fantastic they’re getting the work done that as long as the word crispy so I’ve learned to like reprioritize also making the office fun we do team bonding activities we go out once a month we celebrate birthdays they bring in donut like everyone’s mind sugar you know we make sure upon environments be you know great breakfast Bloody Marys for my gift voucher but I think so I just it’s all about taking the time from your already very busy schedule not sure to really make your team to feel good about working thinking will get heard and whatever they want because figure out what you are taking we’re have to know that yeah Cynthia let one of my team members the structure so I sits with her everything’s one relax that one ought to be
